You need to listen to your body’s messenger. When you eat something, it sends a message to your body. In other words, when you eat a piece of chocolate cake, the messenge is comfort, soothing, fake energy but not to be fooled. When you eat a salad, you get a message that it is refreshing, light, fibre, easy to digest.
If you really want to lose weight, listen to your messenger and your body. Avoid eating late or just before you go to bed. Avoid eating between meals. Avoid fatty, sugary and salty foods that offers little nutritional value such as cake, processed foods and so on. Eat more veggies, less meat, less bread, less pasta. In the long run, it will pay off.
